The equipment spread proposed by BIDDER shall satisfy the following requirements as a minimum:1)Delivery dry air flowrate: 12500Sm3/h2)Delivery dry nitrogen flowrate: 5000Sm3/h3)Delivery pressure: 150barg4)Dew point of dry air and nitrogen at 0.1MPa: -40℃ or better5)Purity of nitrogen: 98.2% or above6)Total oil content not exceeding 0.01mg/m3

自合同簽訂之日起至2024年9月（以項(xiàng)目實(shí)際工期要求為準(zhǔn)） From the date of contract signing to Sept. 2024, subject to the actual project schedule.

1、如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（具備獨(dú)立法人資格）、一般納稅人證明/稅務(wù)登記證、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證復(fù)印件或三合一營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，并加蓋公章如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明復(fù)印件, 并由授權(quán)代表簽字。Bidder registered within P.R. China customs territory shall provide copy of Business License (as an independent legal entity), Taxation Registration Certificate and Enterprise Organization Code certificate within their validity (a three–cert combined Business License is also acceptable ). All those documents shall be with bidder's company stamp. Bidder registered outside P.R. China customs territory shall provide copy of business registration documents. All those documents shall be signed by bidder's authorized representative.2、投標(biāo)人具有有效的質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證證書。Bidder provide a valid certificate of quality management system certification.從2010年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日期（按合同簽訂時(shí)間計(jì)），投標(biāo)人至少具有1個(gè)項(xiàng)目水深不低于1000米的海管排水干燥及惰化完工驗(yàn)收業(yè)績(jī)。投標(biāo)人提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件需至少包括合同復(fù)印件、相關(guān)技術(shù)附件和服務(wù)驗(yàn)收證明材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同首頁(yè)、合同簽字蓋章頁(yè)（應(yīng)有合同甲乙雙方的蓋章或簽字）、項(xiàng)目名稱、工作內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目水深。如合同復(fù)印件、相關(guān)技術(shù)附件和服務(wù)驗(yàn)收證明材料無(wú)法完全體現(xiàn)以上內(nèi)容，投標(biāo)人可提供其他相關(guān)文件作為證明。From January 1st 2010 till Bid Submission Date （By contract signing time）, Bidder shall complete at least one pipeline dewatering, drying and nitrogen purging service with project water depth no less than 1000 meters. Bidder shall provide performance certification documents, including but not limited to copy of contract, related technical attachments, and completion certificate documents. The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract homepage, contract signature and seal page (with the seals or signatures of both parties of the contract), project name, work content, and project depth. If the copy of the contract, relevant technical attachments, and service acceptance certificate materials cannot fully reflect the above content, the bidder may provide other relevant documents as proof.
