本次海油工程LMU&DSU品類年度供貨協議包括LMU 彈性體及附屬材料96套，DSU 彈性體及附屬材料16套。此次招標簽署單價協議，如經評審合格的有效投標人大于等于4家將簽署一主、一輔協議，第一中標候選人作為主協議廠家，第二中標候選人作為輔選協議廠家；如經評審合格的有效投標人小于等于3家將簽署1家。原則上，甲方優先使用主協議，主協議執行金額不低于60%，輔協議執行金額不高于40%。當招標人認定投標競爭性不充分時 ，可否決全部投標；當發生不可抗力或招標項目發生重大變化、取消原因時，招標人可終止招標。The LMU&DSU Category Supply Agreement of COOEC includes 96 sets of LMU elastomers and auxiliary materials and 16 sets of DSU elastomers？and？auxiliary？materials..The bidding will sign a unit price agreement. If the qualified bidders are greater than or equal to 4 will sign two agreements, including a primary agreement with the first winning candidate, a secondary agreement with the second winning candidate. If the qualified bidders are greater than or equal to 3 will sign only one agreement with the first winning candidate. In principle, COOEC gives priority to the use of the primary agreement, and the order amount of the primary agreement shall not be less than 60% of the winning price, and the order amount of the secondary agreement shall not be higher than 40% of the winning price.When the tenderer determines that the bidding is not competitive enough, it can reject all the bids; when force majeure or major changes in the bidding project occur, the reason for cancellation, the tenderer can terminate the bidding.
