2.2項目概況與建設規模：對者樓河岸坡沖刷、過度白化硬化及防洪能力不足河段堤岸進行生態改造15km，無堤防段岸線植被恢復23.65km，河道清淤疏浚3km，沿河岸農田集中分布區域構建生態溝渠2km。保護傳承利用歷史水文化(兼顧當地民族文化宣傳)建設6項;強化公眾愛河護河意識建設4項。河湖水域岸線管理保護與河湖管護能力提升智慧監管設施建設。助力流域區域高質量發展，沿河湖綠色廊道進行生態步道建設8km及親水游園節點建設4處;打造宣傳節點與水文化IP等內容。
